I'm bored and sweaty it's disgusting I need to go shower like right now its' grossing me out.I need to go home.
besides that my anxiety has gotten worse and worse which scares me now simple things I used to do everyday I can't do like since what 7th grade I would take a nightly walk I tried THREE times last night and everytime It'd flare up I got so upset with myself like I shouldn't have that stupid feeling ughhhh
